According to a recent report from the National Center for Health Statistics of the Centers for Disease Control, approximately one in 10 adults suffers chronic pain lasting at least a year, and one in four reports suffering pain for at least an entire day during the previous month.
And here’s the kicker: Lower back pain, headaches and joint pain, aching or stiffness were among the most common complaints – ideal conditions to be managed chiropractically.
Complaint :
- Pain of one year or more: 10.5% reporting - Pain for at least 24 hours: 26.0% reporting - LBP in previous three months: 27.2% reporting - Migraine/severe headaches in previous three months: 15.3% reporting
